we understand sometimes we make mistakes. if your order wasn’t right, or you received damaged items, please email us at 118dioramas@gmail.com so we can help fix the issue. some items such as limited release products or painted options cannot be refunded. damaged items require photos of the damaged items or packaging. all returns must be requested within the first 7 days after delivery confirmation. refunds for returns require undamaged original items to be shipped back to us before we can process refund payments as well as a 15% restocking fee. refunds for unprocessed orders are issued within 7 business days after payment has cleared and will be issued minus 15% processing fee.
